Data is on, but can't access the internet

What is an APN

The Access Point Name (APN) is the name for the settings your phone reads to set up a connection to the gateway between your cellular network and the public Internet.

How to change APN settings on an Android mobile phone

• Open "Settings"

• Hit "More"

• Open "cellular/mobile networks"

• Open "Access Point Name"

• There should be more than one APN, so select one that hasn't been selected
